'SEEING IS BELIEVING' AT FIMA
BOPP manufacturer shows its new identity, range of Fima films
FIMA Films gave its new identity momentum when it hosted a 3-day 'Seeing is believing' product launch at its Krugersdorp plant in May. Agents and customers from around the country attended the event, at which the BOPP film producer’s range of packaging, label and carton wrap films was shown.
Following an MBO last year, Fima Films (formerly Treofan SA) has rebranded completely, and the event gave it the opportunity to show the new ‘Fima’ range of biaxially oriented polypropylene films. Fima is the sole BOPP manufacturer in SA and, through its technology agreement with former parent company Treofan group in Germany, is continuing with R + D at Chamdor. Some of the specialised films it supplies are sourced through the Treofan group internationally.
The company also now sports a comprehensive, user-friendly website where downloads of all its products are easily accessible.
